Dan Megan joined iMerge Advisors in 2005 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2008. Dan has managed several key transactions within the areas of ecommerce, mobile, content and media distribution, and B2B services. With iMerge he is focused on client acquisition, market analysis and negotiating transactions. Dan has over 15 years of experience in the high tech and internet marketplace, primarily in the areas of consulting and software. He has held senior positions in business development and sales management and worked for both start ups as well as a global 500 company. He has successfully negotiated contracts ranging in scope from $1,000,000 to $50 million. Dan holds a BA in economics and is a veteran of The Marine Corps. He lives on Cape Cod with his wife and 3 kids. In his spare time he coaches youth sports and contributes to several local charities.
