02. Bolt-On & Platform Targets
Having identified quality acquisition targets, iMerge engages directly with business owners, founders, key shareholders and investors to determine a willingness to consider strategic exit options. Provided there is interest, iMerge will execute an NDA and gather financial information and other data to enable a preliminary assessment.
Since every firm’s needs vary, iMerge will work to assist as directed by working closely with associates, analysts and managing directors to assess the opportunity, coordinate, IOIs, LOI’s and due diligence. In addition, iMerge will arrange and attend meetings with the target.
