Michael is co-founder and Managing Director of iMerge Advisors. He has twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive in the software and Internet technology vertical, including a successful track record as an Internet business owner. Prior to the development and acquisitions of his businesses, Michael led Logica USA, the London-based mobile and text messaging pioneer and has held senior executive positions with financial technology companies; PCi Corporation, Sunguard International and Bankers Systems. In addition to his passion for flying, he enjoys adventure travel. He has hiked along former "head hunting trails" with Iban Tribe members in Borneo, Scuba dived in remote islands of Indonesia and trekked the jungles of Costa Rica. He is actively involved in numerous charities including Big Brother/Big Sister, in which he received the organizations highest award, Big Brother of the Year.

Michael holds a BA in Psychology and Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
